Eric Schafer is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the owner of Red Schafer’s Mixed Martial Arts in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Red has been my jiu jitsu coach for a while now and it was awesome to get to know him better on the podcast, he was one of the first fighters from Wisconsin to fight in the UFC, and has been in the room with some of the best fighters on the planet.
