Tonight I added the relaxation exercise again because it might take a few times until you can give into it. And will do so for the next few episodes. As with everything, relaxation takes practice. The more you allow yourself to intentionally relax, the better you'll get at it.
The story tonight is about comfort zone and breaking out of it, what it means to do so and how we might appreciate our comfort zone more if we break out of it for once.
