Today we are joined by one of my longtime friends from Jacksonville, Raven Schneider. We met working at the Jacksonville Zoo back in 2008. Our friendship has evolved from cleaning up animal poop to cleaning dirty diapers. As a PPD sufferer turned thriver, Raven has a passion in supporting new moms and emphasizing the importance of being a healthy person so you can be a healthy parent.
