That is a quote by Abraham Lincoln and I’ve been thinking about the message of this statement a lot lately. Regrettably, it takes no extra muscle for my flesh to convince me how sufficient I am or how wise I am. When I am given a familiar song to sing or play in Church, am I not sufficient enough to sing or play without the grace and help of God? When an unsaved individual is in front of me asking how to be saved, am I not wise enough to clearly explain the gospel A-B-C’s to them?
Let the truth be heard far and wide; I am not.
