Welcome to another great episode of Diary of a Mad Black Man. This diary entry is episode 2 of the friendship and adulting series. Wendy, who at the time of this recording, was my friend living in The Netherlands! We met through a group chat for The Roommates podcast. Through this group chat, and by the grace of God, we have built a bond that transcends the Atlantic Ocean and this world.
Wendy is another friend of mine, who even before I considered her a friend, was there for me during my mental health challenges. Specifically after I became ill and almost died, she was there for me the best she could be, from the other side of the world. We go in depth into that during this episode and more. She drops many gems about friendship and how to maintain a balance between friendship and adulting. Wendy is my friend from The Netherlands and no distance between us will ever change that.
