In this diary entry, I am joined by retired Army Combat Veteran, Toni. He served 8 years enlisted, 16 years commissioned and founded Veterans Counseling Veterans to serve Veterans and their families needing services in mental health. He has a network of Veterans and families of Veterans, in the mental health profession, and strives to raise awareness for the mental health of military veterans.
We discuss a variety of topics including his time in the military, racism in America and his work to raise awareness and support military veterans and their family in mental health.
