India Ciura is a Year 12 student in Port Lincoln. She may be young but she knows a lot about the mental health system- its merits and its flaws. India is passionate about raising awareness around self-care, help seeking and accessing services. She is also passionate about increasing services and aims to continue studying in the field of Psychology.
