Description

Sean Tosold brings a rich background of lived experience to us. From keeping his inner most thoughts to himself and finding himself in darkness on more than one occasion, Sean shares his journey to now, where he is able to shine a light on all the facets of his life that previously felt so heavy. His adversity is now helping others through their tough times.

Please be aware that this episode discusses child abuse, suicidal ideation and low self-worth related to sexuality.
