Patricia is the co-founder of Lila Flow yoga and Lila Core pilates teacher trainings and the founder of Love Surf Yoga retreats. She created the first Kids Yoga Teacher Training in Asia which she teaches in Vietnam, and has traveled extensively to lead events around the world. When she's not training other teachers Patricia uses her 12+ years experience teaching yoga, pilates and meditation as a full time yoga therapist, combining movement, meditation and energy practices to help others heal.
