After last week's epic 1hr 40 minute episode we decided that this week would (should) be shorter...and it is just about!
In this episode, we talk about our progress this week, exercise and which oils are best for cooking with. We also discuss if getting nice comments from friends about how much better you look can push you into eating badly. Can this then lead you into thinking that cheating doesn't matter if your friends like the way you look?
