I am a mental health counselor in North Carolina with a passion for helping myself, my clients and my community form healthy and connected relationships in this very disconnected and lonely world where we all live. My goal is to spread the message of belonging far and wide because relationship is the most valuable and powerful aspect of each of our lives. We are all craving connection and so many of us don't know what to do to fix the messes we've made with our relationships or how to created the connections we want so badly.
