Dr. Andrea Nazarenko, PhD is a community and quantitative psychologist who works with various healthcare and governmental systems to improve the quality of healthcare delivery and prevention programming. She is maddened by the mediocracy of health services in this country and is committed to changing the system to get better outcomes. She and husband, Dr. Eric Nazarenko, DC CACCP (chiropractor and functional medicine practitioner), own a large chiropractic and family wellness center in South Carolina. They are also are co-founders of Treehouse Living, an international movement of holistic parents (and grandparents!) dedicated to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of children. Drs. Nazarenko are leaders in the area of gut health. They recently published the #1 International Best Selling book, When Food Hurts, and co-developed the Gut Happy Lifestyle system, which helps people restore health by addressing the root causes of chronic disease. Dr. Andrea is a mom to three young boys. She practices gentle parenting, holistic parenting, and loves every single moment of it. They are the best part of her life.
