The grief process, similar to healing, is a continuous journey without a final destination. Whether grief comes from the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, and/or in detaching from parts of one’s identity- most of us cycle through each of it’s 5 stages (i.e., denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance) countless times throughout the process.
In this episode, I jump off the diving board head first into my experiences with grief and how it’s showed up in my life. I provide insight to both the shadow aspects of my grief and supportive processes that allow me to move through each stage of grief as it arises.
