Description

In order to truly heal, we must be willing to meet every part of ourself and feel through what comes up. The trauma we suppress becomes a shadow of energy stored within our body, which we can only distract ourselves from long enough before it becomes all-consuming. It is through our distractions that we feed the shadows and potentially create more pain. What would it look/feel like if we acknowledged and allowed the shadows within us to take up space?

In this episode, I offer my perspective on embracing the shadows within and provide insight into bridging the gap between the shadow and light parts of one’s self. When a shadow arises, it provides us with an opportunity for awareness, integration, and alchemy. This process creates a bridge between the shadow and light within, helping us to arrive in a state of purified love.
