Do you sometimes find yourself consumed with your pain and suffering that it seems impossible to live without it? From an early age, we begin to absorb the energies and beliefs from those in our environment. For most of us, the wounding begins in childhood and if left unhealed, we carry it with us into our adult lives. At a certain point, we can either continue to carry our wounds and eventually find ourselves crushed under their weight or choose to acknowledge them and begin the healing process.
In this episode, Ashley Woodworth and I discuss the power of choice and how holding onto hope saved our lives. We explore the importance of having fun, learning the art of detachment, forgiveness of self and others, and acceptance. It is through this process of healing that we are able to shift from a state of pain and suffering into one of joy and love.
