โฃJames Cox Jr. was born and raised in Hammond, La. He is a 22 year old senior at Langston University, majoring in Physical Health Education and Recreation. At Langston he is a member of the football team, where he is a starting inside linebacker. He was the 2017 Sooner Athletic Conference New Comer of the Year. In addition, to his honors he is a 2x All-Conference Linebacker, and a 2nd team All-Oklahoma Linebacker. His goal for 2020 season is to play in the National Football League.โฃ
