Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 18. I will then key in on verse 4 - Wise words are like deep waters; wisdom flows from the wise like a bubbling brook. When I think of this verse, I think of being in the mountains and hearing the bubbling waters that come when all of the snow begins to melt and turns into churning waters! When you hear words of wisdom coming from someone's mouth, your heart resonates and lets your spirit know that those words are truth, and they bring comfort to you. We are all to strive to obtain wisdom. We can do this only by hearing (or reading) the Word of God. Today, we will continue our study on the Book of Exodus. Chapter #20 is a very important chapter of the Bible. In this chapter God gives Moses the Ten Commandments on a tablet of stone. We will go over each of these commandments and I will give commentary on a number of these. I pray that the words you hear on today's podcast will resonate in your heart, and that you come back to this particular podcast over and over again. If you do, I believe and declare revelation will come to you. CALL to ACTION - my call to action for this week is to have an "attitude of gratitude." I ask that you meditate on all the things God has provided you with and that you "count" your blessing, one by one. Suggested scripture reading: 1. Reread Chapter #20 of the Book of Exodus in its entirety; 2. Read Psalm 1 and meditate on these wonderful six verses of scripture; 3. Reread today's proverb, Proverb 18, in its entirety. I believe you will be blessed!
