Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley.  Today we will be going over Proverb 26.  I will then key in on verse 1 - As snow in summer and rain in harvest, So honor is not fitting for a fool.  When I think of a fool I think of someone who either says something "stupid" or does something "stupid".  The point is that - whatever they do or say, you know that it was not well thought out and, chances are, will never be productive!  Today we will continue our study on the Book of Exodus.  Today I will be going over 4 points that I would like for you to consider: 1.  God wants to dwell among His people.  Yesterday, in Chapter #24 of Exodus we say that God had made a covenant, not only with Moses, but with all of the Israelite people.  In Chapter #25 God tells the people to build a sanctuary for Him and that He wants to dwell among them.  I will read Chapter #25, verses 1-9. 2.  God is a God of order.  As in Genesis, Chapter #6, verse 14-16, when God tells Noah exactly how the ark is to be built, Chapters #25-#31 of Exodus tell us how the temple of God is to be built (including dimensions, heights, utensils, etc.  I will briefly mention that in the 29th Chapter Aaron and his sons, Nadab and Abide are consecrated as priests for the Israelite people. 3.  Aaron builds a Gold calf for the people of Israel (I will read Chapter #32, verses 1-6).  A couple things I want to mention here is how quick Aaron is to go against the will of God and join forces with the Israelite people.  One thing I will definitely say is that he was not acting like a leader here.  He knew exactly what he was doing when he formed this golden calf. 4.  God is very angry with the Israelite people and immediately tells Moses to go down to them.  I will read Chapter #32, verses 7-11.  Two things I would like to point out - how quick God is to put the responsibility of the people on Moses.  He is ready to kill every last one of them.  Thank goodness, Moses intercedes for the people and saves them from the wrath of God.  CALL to ACTION: 1.  Have an attitude of gratitude; 2. pay a compliment to someone who looks like they need it; 3.  lend a helping hand to someone today.  Suggested scripture reading:  1.  Read the 25th chapter of Exodus; 2. Read Chapter #32 of Exodus; 3. Read the 23rd psalm
