Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 7. I will then key in on verses 1 & 2 - My sons, keep my words, And treasure my commands within you. Keep my commands and live, And my law as the apple of your eye. When I think of these two verses, I can't help but think of the true nature of God. God is love, and he has unconditional love towards each and every one of us. On today's podcast I remind everyone that we celebrated the 247th anniversary of the birth of our country, America. I remind everyone that our country was founded on Christian principles and that many of our forefathers were well verses in scripture. I then sing a few small hymns and remind people that we should be thankful each and every day. I close with the call to teach our children and grandchildren the ways of God and the importance of knowing scripture.
