Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 12. I will then key in on verse 16 - A fool's wrath is known at once, But a prudent man covers shame. Friends, this is a very important verse, and there is much that we can take from it. This verse is speaking about the words that come out of our mouth. It instructs us that we should consider carefully the words that we speak. Proverb 18: verse 21 tells us that "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those that love it shall eat its fruit". With so much at stake, I ask sincerely that you consider carefully every word that comes out of your mouth. Today we will continue our study on Matthew's gospel. Today we will take a careful look at the last 16 verses of Chapter 25. I will read beginning in verse 31 (and going through all the way through verse 46). This passage of scripture talks about our eternity and how we live our lives. It tells us that we have a very important decision to make in our lives - whether or not we will receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Should we choose to do this, we then have the decision to make - that we love people. The two most important commandments are to Love God, and to Love people. 1 John 4: verse 20 tells us that if we say that we love God, but don't love people than we are a liar. And in Philippians, Chapter 2:verses 10 & 11 tell us that there will come some point (in eternity) when every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord. Call to action: Ask yourself truthfully where you are in this process. Are you sure - should this be your last day on Earth, where you will spend eternity? If not, you need to make that decision today. Suggested scripture reading - 1. Reread the proverb of the day, Proverb 12 in its entirety. 2.
