Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 21. I will then go over verse 21 - (and pair it with Psalm 91:16) - that God wants to give us long life if we are following Him and obeying his commandments as to how we should live our lives. I will then review yesterday's podcast in that Jacob blessed Joseph's sons and himself received the double-portion blessing ordinarily reserved for the first born son. I will then read Chapter 49: verses 1-28 - reading each of the individual blessings that Jacob spoke over each of his 12 sons. The two best blessings were reserved for Joseph and Judah. Several others had short, positive blessings, but a number of the individual blessings were rather negative in nature.
