Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 15. I will then key in on two verses: verses 1 & 18. Verse 1 talks about answering with a soft answer and the last part of the verse talks about answering harshly. Verse 18 also talks about being harsh in our answer to someone. I will then read the majority of a very detailed story found in 1 Samuel Chapter 25. I give the background in that David has already defeated Goliath and has been to war for Saul on many occasions. He has been victorious in many battles and is very well known in the land of Israel. We begin reading in verse 2 and read through verse 32. I will then go over the end of the chapter, beginning in verse 39. Nabal ends up dying and Abigail will become David's wife. There are many things to be learned from this lesson.
