Ms Smridhi Seth is currently pursuing her specialization in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resources (M.A. Psychology) at the University of Delhi and has been in the field of Psychology for more than 5 years now. Recently, she successfully completed her training in entrepreneurship from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She has many achievements and accolades to her name, including her awards for academic excellence during her graduation from Ramanujan College (South Campus, DU) where she received her Bachelor's in Arts degree in Applied Psychology. She is also the recipient of the Smt. Khazano Devi Jain Memorial Scholarship in 2020 from the University of Delhi for being a gold medalist in her undergraduate course. Smridhi has worked with various esteemed organisations such as Cognizavest, Adhyapan- The skills hub, and Karma Centre of counselling and wellbeing among others. She is the co-founder of SirWay Me.
