His book is a NY best seller and was translated to 20 languages in 50 countries.   Shirzad's research is based on brain science and his methods are known to decrease the gray matter in our own survival brain region and increase the gray matter in the PQ brain region where the Sage lives.  Positive Intelligence program cultivates wellness and healthy relationships in addition to bringing positivity, calmness and laser focus actions into the workplace.  It helps get to the root problem of many of the stresses we feel today by providing tools to handle important relationships in your life, at work and at home, and navigate through it for a successful outcome.  How is it achieved? By exposing what sabotage us and how we can shift our brain to the sage perspective.   Positive Intelligence is a bullet proof way- the ability to shift from negative mindset (fear, stress, anxiety) to positive one (curiosity, empathy, resourcefulness etc.). It takes awareness, practice and time.
