Heart to Heart Conversations series has been born out of the social climate of our country at this time, June 2020. Witnessing the demonstrations for equality and anti racism in our county, coupled with the belief that each of us can grow in love and understanding of the other, Author and Professional Speaker Dorice Horenstein is inviting us to listen to precious conversations with her African American girlfriends. Solid and grounded relationships start with individuals stretching out their hands to shake, greet and hug another's. Listen in to the forth session in this series with Rukshana Triem, former refugee and Immigrant from Mozambique came to United States in 1990s. She overcame Sexual abuse and became an advocate for parents and child care providers to support them on their healing journey. She is a C.E.O of Women's Lifestyle coaching, where she helps women overcome their rough past and create their desired beautiful life through sharing their stories on First Time speakers Catalysts, She coaches Women Through group coaching, Nature Retreats, online programs and communities. Rukshana is also the founder of the Firmina Foundation a 501(3)C non profit which helps build schools in Mozambique and in the future Malawi, and Zambia Africa. Rukshana holds Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Human Development and worked as Early Childhood Teacher, Trainer and Mentor.
