It is a chronological order of the "75 Hard" Challenge by Andy Frisella. (Not an affiliate link. This is really something I endorse because I believe in it and it has helped change my life!)
The Challenge consists of:
1. 1 Gallon of Water per day.
2. No alcohol or cheat meals.
3. (2) 45-minute exercise sessions.
4. Stick to a diet.
5. 10 pages of reading.
6. Take a progress picture.
Throughout this challenge I'll be sharing brief epiphanies, revelations, and whatever else comes to mind; with raw unedited dialogue captured in each workout done outside throughout the 75 Days.
If you're hearing this all episodes are already done and the challenge has been successfully COMPLETED!!
