Jillian is a talent advocate, serial networker and a pipeline expert having built and led Intern programs, university strategies, and diversity initiatives at both Fortune 20 organizations and Silicon-Valley tech companies. Her experience designing recruitment processes for highly-competitive engineering talent across industries, countries and professional levels helps sharpen her lens for the competition. When she isn't recruiting, Jillian is on the leadership team for TEDxSt Louis, whose mission is to create an inclusive and equitable community of thought leaders in the St. Louis region.
