In this concluding message of our “PSALMS OF PERSEVERANCE” sermon series, Pastor Court looks at Psalm 41 and one of the most challenging experiences of life: major illness. In this psalm of David, the situation includes the further aggravation of enemies who malign and, even worse, a friend who betrays. Yet through it all, the overarching assurance of the psalmist is once again that God’s faithfulness invites & undergirds our perseverance, confident that the Lord will sustain His own people from everlasting to everlasting.
