Summary:
The Tribulation period began in Rev. 6 when Jesus broke the first six seals on the title deed of the Earth. After a brief parenthesis in Rev. 7 in which God supernaturally seals the 144,000 Jewish witnesses, we come to Rev. 8 where Jesus opens the seventh seal and a new set of judgments are unleashed upon the Earth--the Trumpets of Terror. You’ll notice that as the Tribulation progresses, the intensity of the judgments ratchets up and the situation on Earth will go from bad to worse.
