In today’s Metamorphosis Chat Jacobie introduces us to the first chakra in our energy system, the root chakra. She talks us through the three main attributes of the energy center; the roots themselves, meaning our connection to family, tribe, sense of belonging and social/cultural conditioning, our ability to survive or thrive, meaning our sense of trust in the world around us to support our basic needs and capacity to prosper abundantly, and finally, our bodies, meaning our physical health, relationship to food and nourishment, and our ability to manifest our goals, dreams and desires on the physical plane. This is the first episode in a seven part series exploring the chakra system.
