Description

We all have things that we want to call into our lives, but do we really create the space that is needed to allow them to truly come? This week Yael Ginzburg speaks with Dennis Teston about how to do just that. Releasing habitual patterns from the deep unconscious, grounding in order to grow and getting outside of our comfort zones are some of the practices they speak about that are needed in order to create the space needed for new opportunities to come in.

Dennis Teston is a yoga teacher based in Brooklyn, NY. Dennis started his professional life in the publishing business and after landing a prestigious job that everyone told him he could keep doing for the rest of his life, he realized that it is not what he wanted. Attending his first yoga class at the age of 30, Dennis started exploring the world of yoga and its philosophy until finally he became a full time yoga teacher.
