President Franklin D. Roosevelt was quoted as saying, "Human kindness has never weakened the stamina or softened the fiber of a free people. A nation does not have to be cruel to be tough." We know that kindness always wins! May we use empathy and compassion as we lead our schools, districts, and organizations over the course of this week.
