Here is a T. Webb fail ... I am a person of action oriented leadership. I love to make decisions and constantly move my school towards a better place. There are times when decisions are above me and out of my hands. I need to be supportive of that process, tap the break, and go back to servant leadership where I am able to support those around me to be better and perform their best.
