Teammates, I left a district-wide transition team meeting yesterday to begin making a plan for 2,200+ students to return to school next month. There are so many decisions to make that it can feel overwhelming. When I left the parking lot, this problem solving process just hit me. It is simple, but guaranteed to work in solving any BIG, difficult, or complex problem. Like my superintendent said today, you can eat a bear one bite at a time and this one is a trophy! GO for it.
