☷ Wei Xiao Huan 魏小歡 does Baguazhang 八卦掌 in the movie: All People Film 全民電影. She is an actress and this is a slapstick Hong Kong movie. You've gotta drink some tea 茶 to that!
☰ So as I am drinking tea 喝茶, I got to thinking: Since I am a boss and bosses do what bosses do, what would my life be like if I had an assistant that can do martial arts to fend the fort?
☶ What kind of a business would I be running if I had it in the staffs' contracts that they must do a martial art and actively be maintaining it?
☱ It seems like a silly stipulation until one realises that a lot of para-medical professional practice some type of martial art separately or in conjunction with their clinics. After all, there is a lot more to health and wellbeing then just prescribing pills.
☵ While some martial artists out there find this speculation pure fantasy and not helpful to the arts, I find it worth a good cup of tea 茶 and thought provoking.
☲ I mean, why not? Just to push the envelope further I could see myself running the enterprise in Hong Kong 香港, while having all the Hong Kong Lai Cha 香港奶茶 I could want.
☳ And since this is a Hong Kong situation, am I the only one getting hungry around here?
☴ For afternoon tea I recommend scrambled eggs and ham on toast HK style with your kick-ass assistant that knows how to do Baguazhang 八卦掌.
