Description

How do you build a connected community which wants what you offer and loves your brand?

In this episode, Gemma chats to Adele Pember, founder of Dog Furiendly, whose business idea was inspired by the heartache of leaving her dog at home whenever she wanted to go out for a meal. The popularity of the 'passion project' saw Adele leave employment to work on the business full-time. But the young business had to pivot away from a focus on events when the Covid-19 pandemic hit. Securing investment opened new doors - and challenged Adele to think bigger than she had ever dared.

Sut ydych chi'n adeiladu cymuned gysylltiedig sydd eisiau'r hyn rydych chi'n ei gynnig ac yn caru eich brand?

Yn y bennod hon, mae Gemma yn sgwrsio ag Adele Pember, sylfaenydd Dog Furiendly, y cafodd ei syniad busnes ei ysbrydoli gan y galon o adael ei chi gartref pryd bynnag yr oedd am fynd allan am bryd o fwyd. Roedd poblogrwydd y 'prosiect angerdd' yn gweld Adele yn gadael cyflogaeth i weithio ar y busnes yn llawn amser. Ond bu'n rhaid i'r busnes ifanc droi i ffwrdd o ffocws ar ddigwyddiadau pan darodd pandemig Covid-19. Agorodd sicrhau buddsoddiad ddrysau newydd - a heriodd Adele i feddwl yn fwy nag yr oedd hi erioed wedi'i fentro.
