We speak with trainer, fitness writer, and gym owner Chris Bathke to go over three different training scenarios: a young athlete looking to improve their athleticism, a middle-aged person looking to lose weight and get fit, and an older person (or a person coming off of injury) looking to reclaim their strength. From there we branch off into various other situations that commonly arise. And by using three broad topics, we were able to cover a lot of ground.
