Good Morning and Good Coffee!  I hope you had a great weekend and had a Happy Mother's Day!  Today I start a series on healthy and balanced living, and I began with three definitions to give us a starting point.  (1) Balance is an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady. (2) Balance is a condition in which different elements are equal or in correct proportions. (3) Be be in balance is to keep or put something in a stead position so that it does not fall.
