We started the morning with a cold brew, totally jacked-up on caffeine, and decided that it would be a good time to record Episode 20. 

Definitely a bit more energy that even we anticipated. 

But that wasn't the point of the podcast. 

We quickly morph to a conversation about healthy eating and, well ... we aren't too proud of our bad habits.
