"How do you become your own support."
This was such a great (and common) question, so I decided to answer it with a video... and share it here too.
How do you become your own support system?
1. Become your own best friend. Treat yourself with love and compassion.
2. Honour your needs - Focus on yourself, not others (control and over giving). Caring for supporting yourself what’s important to you too. Treat yourself like you would a best friend.
3. Seek out a community of like minded people to align with who value self care, self love and the key values in your life - eg business, family, goals, leadership
4. Become a witness to your thoughts, not a slave to them. Practice and master the skills for emotional regulation and emotional intelligence
5. Take a break... with Pattern interrupts
6. Do what sparks and ignited joy for you
