May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and that means, it's time to give yourself a Mental Health Check!
This battle is rough for us physically, but the mental anguish pays a toll, too. It's critical to be sure you are taking care of your body AND mind during this difficult road to recovery.
In this episode I share some mental health practices I use that help me along and I want to encourage you to listen and re-listen to this episode anytime you feel down and out. Give yourself a mental health check in every now and then (ideally, every day!) and you will feel better mentally, emotionally and physically.
