The name's James. James Bond. Wait, that's not right. Daniel Craig's 4th and final appearance as cinema's most famous secret agent is not an auspicious one. 'Spectre' has it's share of captivating action, but it's also weighed down by an overly talky script and too much focus on a convoluted plot. Andrew was also bummed out about the lack of chemistry between Bond girl Lea Seydoux and 007. Phil was content just to watch Seydoux and let Bond do whatever. Sam Mendes returns to direct, and the justly celebrated opening scene in Mexico City is a stunner, but it sets up the film to be equally great, which it is not. Not even Sam Smith could sing his way out of this one.
