The title means 'hitman' in Spanish. Taking down a drug cartel is a complicated job, and FBI agent Kate Macer finds herself in a morally murky situation in this thriller from Denis Villeneuve. Kate (Emily Blunt) joins a shady coalition led by Matt Graver (Josh Brolin) on the promise that they will go after the criminals responsible for a bomb blast that killed two of Kate's fellow agents. Alejandro Gillick (Benicio Del Toro) is the true wild card of Matt's team; a Mexican who belongs to no crew and plays multiple sides in this war on drugs. These are the players in this taut, excellent drama, which gets rave reviews from Phil and Andrew.
