She sure is interesting, I'll give you that. "Gone Girl" is the latest cinematic treat from director David Fincher, who is widely regarded as one of the best filmmakers working today. His movies always deal with dark themes and this new film is no exception. Can't stress that enough. Nick Dunne (Ben Affleck) wakes up on his 5th wedding anniversary and discovers his wife is missing. A media circus ensues. Amy (Rosamund Pike) was beautiful and the tabloid press latches onto her case like so many real-life examples we've seen. Did Nick kill his wife? There are many clues that point in such a direction, but Nick insists he is innocent. Ben Affleck seems honest. What would J. Lo have to say? She might say her love don't cost a thing, but in "Gone Girl" the price of love is very costly, very costly indeed.
