Description

How is the dance in your business? Every business has its dance. For your business to succeed, you need to solo the dance. Your business is supposed to be system-dependent and not people-dependent.

Take a moment and imagine what happens when a plane packs in an airport. People leave the plane; cargo gets offloaded, cleaners get work, attendants replenish their stock, refills fuel, pilots get ready for the next destination, and many other things. In all that, everybody knows what they should be doing, and they are not dependent on anyone. They do not even need to talk.

Another thing about how planes work is that people get trained for mistakes. Everyone knows what to do in case a mistake happens. As a business owner, how do you handle emergencies/ mistakes? If you have to step in and do the correction every time, you are not running your business correctly.
