Description

As we enter into the holiday season and a week primarily centered around gratitude, Tony takes this time to peel back the layers of how we approach gratitude, while keeping a balance with allowing ourselves to feel the tough emotions that come with every day life.

Steps to gratitude:

Tony also shares gratitude exercises you can utilize regularly, which has been shown to significantly increase overall happiness, satisfaction, quality of life, and wellbeing. Additionally, practicing gratitude has also been proven to improve our physical health and health enhancing behaviors, such as, eating better and getting better sleep. Join us in this reflection on gratitude and we invite you to practice these gratitude practices:

  1. Journaling: write down what you have to be grateful for and why
  2. The gratitude visit: think about someone in your life that has done something to benefit your life; write a letter to this person telling them what they did that made your life better, then deliver this letter to them
  3. What went well and why exercise: identify at least one thing in the day that went well and why

Happy Thanksgiving and happy gratitude practicing :)
