She started with the Center For Independent Living during UF practicum internship where she began working in Paratransit Services to ensure needs were met for the area that CIL serves. She later came back as a COVID specialist working to ensure people who are homebound get the resources and vaccinations that they need. As a Community Outreach Specialist, Sada wears many hats on a daily basis to provide and help meet the needs of the of those within their catch-man area. Whether she is working to ensure community events are accessible or helping people to get the proper Gerbil medical equipment or putting her efforts into accessible and affordable housing - she’s doing it all with passion and with a smile.

On this episode, Sada really drives home the message by sharing her perspective on equity, diversity, and intersectionality. She shares her dedication for working to get people the essential resources they need to live and to meet their basic needs; she is passionate about providing experiences for people to feel included. On her journey to find and discover herself, she has found a calling and a purpose by working to improve the lives of others.
