🇬🇧 This 18th episode (the 6th one in English) was recorded live from Bucharest, Rumania 🇷🇴. We had two very special guests: Arthur & Hugo, founders of Vine 21 Coliving and AM Social Space, a specialty coffee shop where we actually recorded from. They are both French and coffee lovers, but they have also added some good original tea options to their menu.
We met them at the Remotion Fest in Burgas, Bulgaria 🇧🇬 and we stayed together at Burgas Coliving, where our friendship started. One week after this encounter, we visited them in Bucharest where they have been living for the last 5 years. We talked about how they decided to start their business together; it has been a lot of learning by doing and having very good communication among them. Being an entrepreneur sometimes means that you just have to do it without thinking too much and jump on the train that is passing by!
Our projects share many of the same values like the importance of the connections with locals, creating collaborations and giving back to the community. We also discussed the way we travel and the difference between being tourists vs being travelers. The beauty of traveling without expectation, visiting local friends, being curious and forgetting about checkpoints. In the end, it’s all about following our instinct and listening to our gut feeling. Hope you all enjoy this very interesting conversation we had with Arthur & Hugo as much as we did recording it! 🙂

🇪🇸 Este decimoctavo episodio (el sexto en inglés) fue grabado en directo en Bucarest, Rumania 🇷🇴. Contamos con dos invitados muy especiales: Arthur y Hugo, fundadores del coliving Vine 21 y de la cafetería de especialidad AM Social Space, desde donde grabamos este capítulo. Ellos dos son franceses y amantes del café, aunque también tienen algunas muy buenas opciones de tés originales en el menú de la cafetería.
Conocimos a Arthur y a Hugo en el Remotion Fest en Burgas, Bulgaria 🇧🇬 y todos nos hospedamos en el Burgas Coliving, donde comenzó nuestra amistad. Justo una semana después de este encuentro los visitamos en Bucarest, donde han estado viviendo durante los últimos 5 años. La conversación empezó hablando sobre cómo decidieron comenzar su negocio juntos. Han aprendido mucho a través de la ejecución del negocio y teniendo una muy buena comunicación entre ellos. A veces, para ser emprendedor, simplemente tienes que hacer las cosas sin pensar demasiado, ¡y subirte al tren!
Nuestros proyectos comparten muchos valores: la importancia de las conexiones con la comunidad local, de crear colaboraciones y de contribuir a la comunidad. También conversamos sobre la forma en la que viajamos y la diferencia entre ser turistas y ser viajeros. Lo bonito de viajar sin expectativas, visitar amigos locales, ser curiosos y olvidarse de los sitios más turísticos. Al final, se trata de seguir nuestro instinto y escuchar nuestra intuición.
