Jasmine tea.
🇬🇧 This episode is a very special one because it is the first one we do in English. We recorded it with Andra, one of the participants of the Pueblos Remotos Agaete “The Break 2022” edition. This time around we are hosting this program for European women entrepreneurs in Agate, Gran Canaria. Andra is one of the 10 women who are part of the first group that has joined us.
We started talking about how the Jasmine tea represents the woman she is today and how tea actually connects her to her roots, a small village in Romania. The conversation shifted to her love for specialty coffee and her experience when we visited a coffee farm in Agaete. We then went deeper discussing the importance of communication to make any relationship work. When Andra travels she loves to immerse herself in the local culture, talk to people in the street and discover the local traditions by herself and that’s why we loved to spend this time getting to know her better.

🇪🇸 Este octavo capítulo es muy especial para nosotros porque es el primero que hacemos en inglés. Lo grabamos con Andra, participante de la edición Pueblos Remotos Agaete “The Break 2022”, programa de emprendimiento para mujeres europeas. Andra forma parte del primer grupo de diez mujeres al que estamos acogiendo en Agaete, Gran Canaria
Comenzamos hablando sobre cómo el té de jazmín representa la mujer que es hoy y cómo el té realmente le conecta con sus raíces, un pueblo pequeño en el noroeste de Rumania. La conversación dió un giro y nos explicó cómo surgió su amor por el café de especialidad y cómo fue su experiencia cuando visitamos una finca de café en Agaete. El debate más profundo se centró en torno a las relaciones y la importancia de la comunicación para que cualquier relación funcione. Cuando Andra viaja, le encanta sumergirse en la cultura local, hablar con la gente en la calle y descubrir las tradiciones locales por sí misma. Es por eso que nos encantó pasar este ratito con ella conociéndola mejor.
