Welcome back to Reading with Ben! Let's continue the lecture on the book of 1 Chronicles.
This is episode #11 chapters 21 & 22.
1 Chronicles Chapter 21, was about the census in Israel and Judah. Satan provoked David to count the people of Israel because he thought that strength was found in numbers, and not of God.
1 Chronicles Chapter 22, is about the Temple that the Lord commanded David to build. David said that the temple is the house of the Lord and it is an altar of burnt offerings for Israel. He commanded those who lived among the Israelites to cut stones in order for them to be able to build the house.
